Chef Kanak is an IHM Aurangabad graduate and has previously worked with some of the best 5-stars like Taj Vivanta and Taj Mahal after her BA (Hons) in Culinary Arts from IHM-A. She has always strived for perfection and believes in the motto“I bake to make happy”.

Mansi Jain

Mansi is the perfect example of the TruffleNation success story. From her Master’s degree in Economics to being a home baker to a former Truffle Nation student, Mansi’s story is one we can all relate to. And just like most of you, she too hopes to own a sweet little bakery one day.

 A Delhi native, Gaurav loves to work with Chocolate and finds his passion in innovating new recipes and adding fresh aesthetics to conventional delicacies.

A chef and instructor by the day and a passionate home baker by night. Loves working with Fondant and a maker all things classy.
